Precautions for the use of hydraulic jacks

2022-01-20

1: When the hydraulic jack is lifting, it is necessary to choose a hydraulic jack with a suitable tonnage: the bearing capacity should not be overloaded, and the bearing capacity of the hydraulic jack should be greater than 1.2 times the gravity of the heavy object; the minimum height of the hydraulic jack is appropriate, in order to facilitate removal, choose The minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be adapted to the clearance at the bottom of the heavy object. When the sleeper supports the heavy object during the lifting and landing process, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper.

Two: If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to lift the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jacks should be selected, and the sum of the rated lifting weight of each hydraulic jack should not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment it undertakes.

Three: The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and should check whether the parts are flexible and damaged. Do not remove the quick connector when there is a load, so as to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.

Four: The hydraulic jack should be placed flat before use, not inclined, and the bottom should be flat to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or overturning due to subsidence of the foundation or offset of the load, and a tough pillow or steel plate can be placed at the bottom of the hydraulic jack to expand pressure-bearing area to avoid accidents from falling or sliding; do not use oily boards or steel plates as linings to prevent slippage and safety accidents when under force; Anti-damage equipment.

Five: When using a hydraulic jack, try to lift a part of the heavy object first, and then continue to lift the heavy object after carefully checking that the hydraulic jack is normal. If it is found that the backing plate is not flat or firm after being pressed, or the hydraulic jack is inclined, the hydraulic jack must be decompressed and returned, and the operation can be performed again after it is dealt with in time.

Six: During the lifting process, the safety sleeper frame should be laid under the hydraulic jack in time with the continuous rise of the heavy object to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or the sudden drop of the piston causing an accident. When lowering the heavy object, gradually pull out the sleeper outwards. The distance between sleepers and heavy objects should not exceed the thickness of a sleeper to prevent accidents!

Seven: If the lifting height of the heavy object needs to exceed the rated height of the hydraulic jack, it is necessary to place a sleeper under the heavy object lifted by the hydraulic jack, lower the hydraulic jack, raise its bottom, and repeat the lifting until the required lifting high.

Eight: Hydraulic jacks cannot be used as permanent support equipment. For long-term support, the support part should be added under the heavy object to ensure that the hydraulic jack is not damaged.

Nine: If only one hydraulic jack is used to lift one end of the heavy object, the hydraulic jack should be placed on the symmetrical axis of the heavy object, and the long direction of the hydraulic jack base should be consistent with the direction in which the heavy object is easy to fall. If two hydraulic jacks are used at one end of the heavy object, the direction of the base should be slightly symmetrical and placed on both sides of the symmetrical axis of the heavy object.

Ten: When using two or more hydraulic jacks to lift at the same time, they must be commanded, coordinated, and lifted at the same time.

Eleven: Hydraulic jacks should be stored in a dry and dust-free place, not suitable for use in workplaces with acid, alkali and corrosive gases, and can not be placed outdoors in the sun and rain! The operation should strictly abide by the technical specifications, and the user needs to check and maintain it regularly according to the usage.
